Delivery, configuration and installation of an electrical panel including a KNX system for a smart home in Residential park Sveti Georgi in the city of Dobrich. The system manages:

- lighting - dimming and switching on/off of all lighting circuits

- heating - management of local heating through electric actuators (floor heating and radiators)

- air conditioning - Mitsubishi Zubadan air conditioning control via KNX Gateway.

- KNX components - the system is built with Interra components

- Schrack modules are used in the electrical panel
